DON WILLIAMS’ PARTY, TENNESSE USA
Posted: 14/08/2015
As this is the third time my family has used Serah’s services, it’s difficult to keep my praise from sounding like a paid commercial. We chose Serah’s company for several reasons and have NEVER been disappointed on any issue. First and foremost, her company allowed and encouraged custom made safaris. This became more and more important with each subsequent visit. As the traveler becomes more aware of the different areas and camps and offerings you quickly develop favorites. Serah takes those choices and improves on them and offers you a comprehensive economical package. That brings me to my second reason for choosing Serah; Her prices are more than competitive, they are rock bottom. Link that with the fact that your safari starts whenever you get there ( it’s all about YOU) and it is completely private. I have seen how the large companies charge premium prices and then stuff you in with other groups, who, by the way, may or may not share your preferences for safari viewing. Thirdly, and most importantly, the personnel is superb. When developing your trip, Serah is quick to reply to any inquiry, and there are no dumb questions (she is very patient). There are people waiting for you at the International Airport exit, no matter how late the plane, or how heavy the Nairobi traffic. The driver guides (hooray for Julius) are without exception polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They truly have one job, and that is to make your stay enjoyable while educating you not only about the wildlife but also about the Kenyan/Tanzanian culture.
I won’t go into detail about choices of camps unless someone needs specifics although I would say it is important to consider some of the conservancies that are now available adjacent to the National parks. The concept provides many more benefits/employment to the local community. Also, if you want to choose convenience over economy, Serah will arrange regional air flights between lodges/camps thus allowing more time for game drives and animal viewing.
If any prospective customers want to ask me questions, Serah has my permission to share my name and phone number with them.
