Ruaha National is famous for its rare sable antelope, roan antelope, and big herds of elephants. The park represents a transition zone where eastern and southern African flora and fauna overlap. Although Ruaha is one of the largest parks in Africa
Please note: This Safari will depart any day of the week with a minimum of 2 persons booking.
Transportation can either be by a safari minibus or by 4×4 Land Cruiser (Jeep), depending on your choice or budget too.

Day 1: Fly Dar-es-Salaam – Ruaha
Met at Msembe/Jongomero airstrip by camp/Lodge representative and transferred to Ruaha River/Jongomero/Mwagusi Camp/Lodge. Mid morning activity followed by lunch and then an afternoon activity.
Dinner and overnight at the Camp/Lodge.

Day 2: Ruaha National Park
After breakfast, morning and afternoon activity at Ruaha National Park. Lunch
Dinner and overnight at Camp/Lodge.

Day 4: Fly back to Dar-es-Salaam
After breakfast, transfer to airstrip by camp/lodge vehicle for flight to Dar es Salaam.

It was a pleasure working with you to plan our Tanzanian program. We were not a typical tourism trip and we valued your willingness to take us everywhere we needed to be. Our drivers, Rogers and Idrisa, were fantastic and we were sad to see them leave us at the end of our time together. They gave us great insight into the culture and history from a local perspective.
